Mountainside Honey is located in the foothills of the Canadian Rocky Mountains, nestled in nature between Ghost Lake and the Ghost River. The Canadian Rockies provide more than a breathtaking backdrop to our honey farm. They shape the very essence of everything we offer from cold hardy bees to the quality of our honey. 

At Mountainside Honey, we are dedicated to producing the finest, purest honey nature has to offer. Our bees forage the foothill landscapes, collecting nectar from a diverse array of native wildflowers that flourish in the foothills and the alpine terrain. This unique floral diversity imparts a distinct and exquisite flavor to our honey from the mountains to your table. 

We carefully picked an ideal species of bees that flourish in our mountainous region. Introducing our Carpathian Bees - the diligent pollinators behind the exceptional honey at Mountainside Honey's apiaries. Originating from the Carpathian Mountains, our bees are a distinct subspecies known for their resilience, adaptability, and exceptional honey-producing capabilities. These bees have evolved in the diverse and pristine ecosystems of the mountains, developing unique traits that set them apart.
