Honey Return Policy:

• We take pride in delivering high-quality honey. If you receive honey that does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 14 days of purchase.

• To initiate a return, please contact us at mountainsidewildhoney@gmail.com or through our contact us page. Provide details of your purchase such as the location it was bought through, details of the issue, and, if possible, include photographs. Our team will guide you through the return process.

Bees Return Policy:

• We take pride in raising high-quality bees. Refunds for bees will be considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the specific circumstances. Please contact us within 7 days of your purchase, which will give you at least one chance to inspect your hive.
